Our warehouse is located in Carrara on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping Rates
  • Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address.

All orders shipped with tracking by either Australia Post or Aramex depending on your location. 

All orders Shipped from our Queensland Warehouse.

Does Cycle Rise offer a local pickup?

Cycle Rise does not currently offer a pick-up location, all orders will be delivered to the customers address.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a ‘Track Order’ button, allowing you to follow live tracking updates!

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times can vary based on your location and other factors. Please note that these time frames do not include the order dispatch time from our warehouse, which is typically within 1-2 Business Days.

What happens if my order has been received and it is damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@cyclerise.com.au to report the issue, and to help us resolve it quickly, we kindly ask you to include:

- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the damaged item/s.

We offer a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

My payment isn't processing?

Sometimes these things happen. Have you tried using a different device or browser? Our site works best with Google Chrome or Apple's Safari

If you continue to see an error message about your payment method being declined, it’s likely an issue with the bank or payment provider.

My debit/credit card isn't processing?

If you are experiencing difficulty completing your order with a credit or debit card, please first ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account. Once confirmed, kindly verify the following:

  1. All card details match the information on the checkout screen, including the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
  2. The billing address is entered correctly—consider typing it manually rather than using the 'same as billing address' option.
  3. You have not exceeded your daily transaction limit.
