At Cycle Rise, we are committed to delivering quality and durability in every product. Each Cycle Rise item undergoes extensive testing before leaving the factory to ensure it meets our high standards and performs reliably in any condition.

Warranty Coverage

  • Bike Lifter and Vertical Rack Products: Backed by a 12-month factory warranty.
  • Accessories and Spare Parts: Covered by a 12-month warranty.

Our warranty covers defects in parts and materials from the original purchase date. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand purchases.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Parts and Materials: We guarantee that our products are free from defects for the duration of the warranty period.
  • Replacement or Refund: If a defect is identified within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided the conditions below are met and proof of purchase is supplied.
  • Replacement Warranty: Replacement items retain the original warranty timeframe. Fully refunded products will have their warranties voided.

Warranty Process

To ensure a seamless warranty experience, follow these steps:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide an order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase.
  2. Documenting the Issue: Share clear photos or videos of the defect and details of any troubleshooting steps taken.
  3. Inspection and Returns: In some cases, we may request the defective item be returned for inspection. Ensure the correct item is sent back, as warranties on replacements will be voided if the wrong or defective item is not returned.
