You can typically expect to receive your products within 2-8 business days.
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We’ll refund 100% of the product price (we don’t refund shipping) once we receive and inspect your return.

Is there really no lifting required?
Yes! Zero lifting required. Just hold in your back breaks, walk backwards and tilt your bike onto the back wheel. Once the bike is vertical, walk it into your Cycler Rise rack and slot the front wheel in.
How does the Vertical Rack save on space?
The Vertical Rack lets you store bikes vertically and pivot them up to 120 degrees, saving floor space and fitting seamlessly into tight areas. This new design offers extra flexibility, allowing bikes to overlap and requiring minimal distance between racks. When not in use, the arms fold away, creating even more room.
What is the rear wheel cap for?
The rear wheel rest keeps the bike stable during pivoting, preventing side-to-side movement and protecting the wall from damage. Simply position the rear wheel on the side you want to pivot and you will have no troubles with tyre marks or instability.
Can hanging my bike damage the frame, forks, or wheels?
Hanging a bike in the Vertical Rack won’t damage the frame, forks, or wheels. If the bike is the appropriate size, the rack only supports the front tyre, which rests securely in the rack arms without any contact with the bike frame.
Will my bike fit?
The racks accommodate a range of tyre widths, with wider tyres fitting snugly between the arms. If excessive force is needed to remove the bike, this is likely because the tyre width is too large for the Cycle Rise Rack.
My bike has fenders, will this still rack still work?
Unfortunately, this version of our storage rack will not be suitable for bikes with front fenders.
What is the closest recommended gap between each rack?
We recommend spacing each wall rack 60cm apart to maximise space efficiency while ensuring easy access to your bikes.
