Shipping Costs: will be calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address.

Tracking: All orders shipped with tracking by either Australia Post or Aramex depending on your location. Once your order has been processed (Please allow 1-3 Business Days after purchase), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a ‘Track Order’ button, allowing you to follow live tracking updates!

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship over weekends.

All orders are shipped from our Queensland Warehouse.

Cycle Rise does not currently offer a pick-up location, all orders will be delivered to the customers address.
