Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch all orders from our Queensland warehouse, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed you'll receive a tracking confirmation so you can follow it the whole way.

Processing Time

Allow 1–3 business days after purchase for your order to be dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Carriers

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, Direct Freight or Aramex depending on your location. All orders include tracking.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The below timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods.

QLD — Metro: 1–3 days · Regional: 3–7 days

NSW / ACT — Metro: 2–5 days · Regional: 5–10 days

VIC — Metro: 3–6 days · Regional: 6–10 days

SA — Metro: 4–7 days · Regional: 7–12 days

WA — Metro: 6–10 days · Regional: 10–15 days

TAS — Metro: 5–9 days · Regional: 8–12 days

NT — Metro: 7–12 days · Regional: 10–15 days

Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote and rural addresses may experience longer delivery times. During peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays, please allow additional time.

Oversized Items — Bike Lifter

Due to its packaging size (110cm x 35cm x 26cm), the Bike Lifter is classified as an oversized item by our carriers. This means it is handled separately to standard parcels and may take slightly longer to arrive than the timeframes listed above.

If you've ordered a Bike Lifter and your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, don't stress - oversized freight can occasionally take longer to scan into the network. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at hello@cyclerise.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

Weekend & Public Holiday Dispatch

We're unable to dispatch orders over weekends or on public holidays. Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Pickup

We don't currently offer a pickup option - all orders are delivered to your nominated address.
